RTM is a family of CPT codes (introduced in 2022) that reimburses remote monitoring and asynchronous care for MSK patients.

RTM offers an opportunity to get reimbursed for:

CPT 98975/77 - collecting meaningful patient data to support therapeutic intervention.
CPT 98980/81 - clinician time spent reviewing data and providing digital therapeutic interventions.
