Meet Terrence Sims
A seasoned healthcare technology executive with over 30 years of experience, Terrence has a track record of driving innovation and operational excellence. At just 15 years old, he began working in banking, a testament to his exceptional work ethic and ambition.
By 19, he had already pivoted into healthcare, joining ReLife Corporation (later acquired by HealthSouth), a company managing 48 rehabilitation hospitals across the southwestern U.S. He spearheaded the company’s Y2K transition, overseeing the replacement of 40,000+ desktop computing and end-user devices across multiple countries.
At HealthSouth, his impact only grew. Over a 15-year tenure, he transitioned into operations, leading initiatives that cut $8 million in costs through automation while helping the company navigate a major compliance crisis. He conducted forensic audits and defended billing practices before federal agencies, safeguarding the company from potential criminal charges.
As Chief Operating Officer at Raintree Systems, he led the company from $4.5 million to $34+ million in revenue over a decade. Today, he runs Senior Care Authority - Inland Empire, providing personalized placement services and eldercare consulting, helping families navigate the complexities of senior care.
