About the role

The Marketing Manager will drive OneStep’s growth and brand awareness across multiple healthcare verticals. This role blends strategic marketing with hands-on campaign execution, focusing on both customer acquisition and retention.

This position works cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success (CS), and Sales teams to deliver impactful marketing programs, develop customer-facing materials, and ensure that every stage of the OneStep customer journey—from onboarding to long-term engagement—reflects our mission of innovation and care.



Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, healthcare, or related technology industries.
  • Proven success in both demand generation and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in healthcare technology, particularly within senior living, physical therapy, or medical device sectors.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.
